Our manufacturing processes adapt to every requirement to ensure both competitiveness and high quality. They allow us to offer the medical devices of the future in class I, IIa and IIb.

Our 10,000 m2 site is home to both our administration department and production facilities (injection, assembly and storage). We invest continually in our manufacturing facilities to guarantee you modern, high-quality production, in accordance with quality and regulatory standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Materials used

Transformation of the most commonly used pharmaceutical-grade and biocompatible polymers: PVC, PS, PP, PE, ABS, ABS CRISTAL, PA, PC, POM, PEHD, PEBD, co-polyester, etc.

We have high-performance industrial facilities to meet the needs of various production requirements from short to long runs.

Injection

  • A fleet of 23 injection presses (capacity for 35 presses) from 30 to 300 T, fully automated with a real-time monitoring tool (MES)
  • Single-material, bi-material injection and overmoulding
  • Visual inspection of individual components
  • Test centre: one press is specifically dedicated to injection tests
  • Assembly workshop for electronic products (ESD protected) to cover the entire production process down to retail unit level for your connected products
  • ISO 7 clean room to meet the production requirements for medical devices

Decoration

Several customised decoration methods are available:

  • Labelling IML with camera control. High graphic-quality, fade-resistant decoration compliant with the European Pharmacopoeia
  • Pad-printed marking with camera or manual visual inspection
  • Silkscreen printing

Completion

Dedicated assembly, decoration and packing workshop

  • Five multi-component assembly lines, fully automated with visual inspection and weight checks

Logistics

Our Supply Chain department manages all movements of goods in and out of the business: order recording, supply management, manufacturing follow-up, storage, dispatch and transport.
Our large storage capacity (3,300 pallet bays) and computerised batch release system guarantee responsiveness and traceability.

Monitoring and optimising production

Our production system is organised on the basis of Lean Manufacturing, identifying and addressing any defect in the production process to reduce waste more effectively. We thus encourage flexibility in our production processes and reduce our response time for market requests. We adapt quickly to all kinds of request, including short and long production runs.

Real-time monitoring of production, planning and quality control... Our machines are equipped with a MES to optimise productivity and costs. The software offers instant visibility of the whole production process.

Our supervisors and team leaders are committed to continuous improvement, regularly challenged and trained in Good Manufacturing Practices to respond to product quality requirements and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Customisation and competitiveness

Our in-house manufacturing division is responsible for developing and defining special machines and deploying production resources: assembly and testing machines, automated islands, etc. It develops, adapts and optimises our manufacturing facilities to meet your specific needs.

We guarantee reduced lead times and a high level of flexibility by subcontracting assembly and packing to low-cost areas (Tunisia and Poland). This option offers competitive advantages for small, medium and very long production runs.
